Areas of practice : Civil law, Business law, Labour law and social security, Intellectual Property , European law, European law, Law of European Convention of Human Rights.

In criminal matter, he ws invoilved in such cases as : Guy Mauvillain, for the revision trial in 1985, representing the victims family in the Papon case in 2008 and also in the Bettencourt case, etc.

In the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), he was representing the applicant in the following cases :   Roberto Benzi c. France (fair trial), Roland Dumas c. France (freedom of speech) , Attalah c. France   (right to life) et Pascaud c. France (right to recognize biological filiation).He has also appeared before the Stasbourg Court in the case Michaud c. France.  (Blanchiment)

He is also : the founding president of the International Human Rights Prize " Ludovic Trarieux "(1984)
Président fondateur of The European Lawyers Union (UAE), 1986,

Chairman of the Human Rights Institute of the Bar of Bordeaux (since 1984)
Chairman of the European Bar Human Rights Institute (IDHAE) (since 2000).
